Policies

All new clients begin with a complimentary 30-minute consultation. This protects your time, your hair, and the integrity of the work — extensions are never installed without one.

A non-refundable deposit of 50% is collected to secure your appointment and order your custom hair. Deposits apply directly to your service balance on the day of installation.

We require 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment time, and no-shows, will be charged 100% of the service.

A 15-minute grace period is offered. Arrivals beyond 15 minutes may need to be rescheduled to honor the day's other clients.

The studio is a one-chair, single-client space designed for quiet. Please plan to attend appointments alone.

Adjustments are happily made within 7 days of your service at no charge. Refunds are not issued on extension services once installed.

An aftercare kit and routine is provided with every install. Following the recommended care is required for the service guarantee to apply.

Studio location is shared upon booking. Client information is never sold or shared. Photos are only taken or posted with explicit consent.
